CEC unveils voter turnout by 12:00

The Central Election Commission has provided information on voter turnout by 12:00.
Report informs, citing the chief of the Seckiler Information Center of the Central Election Commission Secretariat Farid Orujov, that voter turnout has been 18.07 percent to now.
He said 898,542 out of 4,972,356 eligible voters had voted thus far.
