Azerbaijani leader lays foundation of Ganja Memorial Complex

Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev has laid the foundation of the Ganja Memorial Complex, Report informs.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited Ganja on January 30.

The head of state visited the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in the center of Ganja and laid flowers on it.
