Azerbaijan's population as of Nov.1

As of November 1, the population of Azerbaijan, calculated on the basis of the latest population census, had reached 10,172,823, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistics Committee.

In the total number, the share of the urban population was 54.6%, while the rural population made up the remaining 45.4%. In terms of sex ratio, women made up the majority with 50.2%.
