Azerbaijan extends temporary stay period for foreigners to 60 days

The Azerbaijani State Migration Service (SMS) has appealed to foreigners and stateless persons.

The State Migration Service will extend the stay period of foreigners registered at the place of residence in Azerbaijan, whose stay expires on May 1-31 and who cannot leave the country due to the current situation, for 30 to 60 days, Report says.

Thus, these individuals may stay legally in the country (in accordance with the extended period) by paying the state duty electronically via e-portal, "ASAN payment" system, or Expresspay terminals upon getting a payment number through the Service's website (https: //eservice.migration.gov.az/public/payments -...).

There is no need to collect physical decisions on the extension of the temporary stay term. If necessary, they can obtain the decisions through the website of the Service (https: //eservice.migration.gov.az/public/applicati...).
