Amendment made to regulation on State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture

President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to amend the decree "On approval of the regulation on the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the structure of the committee, determining the maximum number of employees of its apparatus" dated November 9, 2007, under number 647 and the decree "On the application of the law dated June 29, 2012, under number 392-IVQ "On approval, entry into force of the Urban Planning and Construction Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and related legal norms" dated September 4, 2012, under number 695.

Report informs that according to the document, the word 'or directly' are added after the word 'through' in paragraph 8.20-3 of the "Regulations on the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan."
