Agriculture Ministry vested with additional powers

Proceeding from the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On the suspension of inspections carried out in the field of entrepreneurship”, President Ilham Aliyev decreed amending the list of inspections over situations that pose a serious threat to the life and health of people, the security and economic interests of the state.

Report informs that verification of compliance with the relevant requirements established by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On seed production", "On tea growing", "On selection achievements" and other laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan regulating relations in this area will be carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
