Aghdash executive head faces harsh reprimand over serious shortcomings

The Head of the Aghdash District Executive Authority, Orkhan Rufat oglu Huseynzada, has been issued a severe reprimand for serious shortcomings in his work.
According to Report, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the matter.
The decree takes effect from the date of signing.
