It is planned to settle 2,626 people (639 families) in the village of Kangaarli, located 6 kilometers from the city of Aghdam, said Emin Huseynov, Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan, Report informs.

The total projected area of the village is 177.2 hectares. In the first stage, it is planned to build 290 private houses for the resettlement of 1,279 people.

The construction work in the village is expected to start on October 10, 2022, and be completed on April 10, 2024.
