Chairman of Azerbaijan’s State Committee for Work with Diaspora Fuad Muradov will take part in the events held in Sweden and Norway in connection with the 30th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide, Report informs.
On February 25, the leadership of the State Committee will take part in the exhibition organized by Azerbaijan’s Embassy in Sweden.
The exhibition will feature more than 30 photos by famous photographer Mikael Silkeberg, taken in the liberated territories in 2021, during his visit to Azerbaijan with the support of the State Committee.
During the visit, meetings are also planned with Swedish officials, representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora and the head of the Jewish community.
On February 27, Muradov will visit the school named after Nizami Ganjavi under the Norwegian-Azerbaijani youth organization in Oslo, which operates on weekends, and then will take part in an exhibition and a commemorative event dedicated to the Khojaly genocide.
