Number of Azerbaijani citizens with residence permits in Ukraine announced

The number of Azerbaijani citizens who took up residence in Ukraine in the first six months of 2021 has been revealed.
The United Diaspora of Azerbaijanis of Ukraine (UDAU) told Report's East European Bureau that 2,238 Azerbaijani citizens received residence permits in Ukraine from January 1 to July 1 this year.
An official letter from the State Migration Service of Ukraine in response to a request from the UDAU states that 1,549 of them are temporary residents and 689 are permanent residents.
