Rossbach: Baku excellent place for discussions on cultural heritage

Baku is an excellent place for discussions related to cultural heritage, Anacláudia Rossbach, Executive Director of the UN-Habitat, said during World Urban Forum 13 in Baku.

According to Report, she added that she visited Icherisheher and personally witnessed the beauty of the historic site.

"By visiting these places, we realize that preserving cultural heritage and history is an obligation to humanity," Rossbach said.

Rossbach also stressed the importance of ensuring that culture and cultural heritage remain priorities in the cities of the future.

"We are cooperating in this direction with UNESCO and other international organizations," she added.
