President Ilham Aliyev presents “Istiglal” Order to People's Artist Rauf Abdullayev

Baku. 2 November. REPORT.AZ/ President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received artistic director and chief conductor of Uzeyir Hajibayli Azerbaijan State Symphony Orchestra, People`s Artist, State Award laureate Rauf Abdullayev.
