Culture Minister: “Investigations about remains allegedly belonging to Mikhail Mushfig's corpse continue”

Baku. 22 December. REPORT.AZ/ Investigations to determine if remains found in Puta settlement of Garadagh district belong to Mikhail Mushfig's corpse are continuing, various examinations are held”.

Culture Minister Abulfas Garayev said while responding to the question of Report.

The minister said that this process will take a time: "It should be done with the participation of different scientists and conducting different analyzes. Relevant state agencies are engaged in this. We will inform the public after receiving confirmation”.

Garayev said that it is not within the competence of the Ministry of Culture to determine whether the remains found belong to the poet M. Mushfig: "The scientists will determine this. First of all, it must be confirmed that this information is true. It is wrong to take any step based on unconfirmed information”.
