Yalchin Rafiyev: 60 decisions expected to be made at COP29

At the Baku climate conference COP29 in November, 60 decisions are expected to be adopted, with the main ones being climate financing and the formation of carbon markets, chief negotiator of COP29, Yalchin Rafiyev, said at the Climate and Development Ministerial (C&DM) during the second day of Pre-COP29 in Baku, Report informs.

He noted that the adoption of these two decisions will be a historic achievement.
