Bulgarian President expresses readiness to support Azerbaijan in holding COP29

Bulgaria is ready to support Azerbaijan in holding the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29), the President of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, said in a joint press statement with the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, Report informs.
"I have known the president for more than 7 years. It should be emphasized that, as a result of his bold decisions, Azerbaijan is developing dynamically, and the development of "green energy" plays an important role in this matter," the Bulgarian leader said.
According to him, Azerbaijan's role as a leader in the South Caucasus region will continue.
