Ambassador: Germany interested in successful holding of COP29 in Azerbaijan

Germany is interested in the successful holding of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) in Azerbaijan, German ambassador to Azerbaijan, Ralf Horlemann, wrote on X, Report informs.

"One core issue of German-Azerbaijani cooperation is COP29. Germany reached out early on to support Azerbaijan as the incoming COP Presidency which has shown excellent work so far in preparing this most important conference. Germany has a key interest in making COP29 a success," he wrote.
