Turkic Vision - 2040 strategic concept discussed

Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov met with Secretary-General of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States (CCTSS) Baghdad Amreyev, Report informs.

Jabbarov noted the high level of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the CCTSS member states and stressed Azerbaijan's important contribution to the development of economic relations. He thanked Amreyev for the statement in connection with Armenia's military provocation on July 14.

The minister shared his views on the possibilities of expanding economic cooperation, emphasizing that the establishment of the Turkish Chamber of Commerce is a positive initiative to increase member countries' export potential.

Amreyev noted that the CCTSS is an essential platform for further strengthening integration between member countries and improving relations. He emphasized Azerbaijan's active participation in the organization.

The sides discussed the current state and opportunities for expanding cooperation, developing the Turkic Vision - 2040 strategic concept, the establishing of a Joint Investment Fund, the Trade Facilitation Strategy Document, and other issues of mutual interest.
