Thus, agreements on fraternizingwere signed between the city of Fuzuli (Azerbaijan) and the city of Guliston (Uzbekistan), the city of Bilasuvar (Azerbaijan) and the city of Termez (Uzbekistan), the city of Mingachevir (Azerbaijan) and the city of Namangan (Uzbekistan).
