Swiss company Sika opens plant in Azerbaijan

Baku. 23 November. REPORT.AZ/ Swiss company Sika has launched a plant to produce dry construction mixes in Azerbaijan.
According to Report, the production of the plant will be supplied to Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia and Iran.
The plan is located in the territory of the Sumgayit chemical industrial park.
The enterprise will ensure 60 jobs. Initial investments in it made $3.5bn.
At the initial stage the producing capacity of the plant will allow to produce 40,000 tonnes of dry construction mixes a year.
The company produces cement and polymer floor, blinding mixes, cement brick glue, etc.
