SOFAZ announces multi-lot tender

Baku. 11 January. REPORT.AZ/ State Oil Fund of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOFAZ) calls for bid for 9 lots. Report informs, referring to official press, tender procedures will start on February 10 at 10:00 with opening of offers in SOFAZ head office at Heydar Aliyev avenue 165, Nizami district, Baku city.

The bid announced to purchase compulsory liability insurance services for exploitation of administrative building’s immovable property and voluntary insurance of movable property, 1-year prolongation services of manufacturer warranty for minor equipment (earphones, memory cards, various batteries) and “Cisco” information technology equipment (SMARTNET), physical protection equipment (gas masks, lanterns, dosimeters, detectors and etc.), technical service for network security management system, technical service for detection of and protection against network offences, technical service for management of changes and monitoring of security issues, technical service for mobile devices, anti-virus programs and vulnerability managements systems, service uniforms (pants, shirts, hats, jackets, etc.).

Contractors have to provide required documents to SOFAZ via fax, e-mail or mail before 18:00 on January 30, and tender offers in separate envelopes for each lot before 18:00 on February 9.

Attendants are charged 100 AZN tender fee for each lot.
