Russian Minister of Economic Development to visit Azerbaijan

Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maksim Oreshkin will visit Azerbaijan in late September, Report’s Russia bureau informs.

He will participate in the 18th meeting of Azerbaijan-Russia Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation in Baku.

Oreshkin is the co-chair of the commission from the Russian side. The co-chair from the Azerbaijani side is Minister of Economy Shahin Mustafayev.

The sides are expected to discuss an increase in economy and trade, as well as goods turnover, development of cooperation in small and medium entrepreneurship, inter-regional cooperation, as well as cooperation in intellectual property, banking, agriculture, industry, fuel and energy, humanitarian, cultural, tourism and education fields.
