Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed an order setting a quota to issue 60,270 temporary residence permits to foreigners on the territory of the Russian Federation in 2020.

Report informs citing TASS that the document was published on Wednesday on the official Internet portal of legal information.

"To establish a 2020 quota for the issuance of 60,270 permits for temporary residence in the Russian Federation to foreign citizens and stateless persons with distribution among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, according to the annex," the order says.

Most permits were issued to Moscow Region (4,000), Moscow, Tula Region, Krasnodar, Rostov Region, Saratov Region, Omsk Region (each received 2,000 quotas).
