Minister: Russia sees new opportunities for developing cooperation with Azerbaijan

“Russia sees new opportunities in the framework of cooperation with Azerbaijan. First of all, these include industrial, oil and gas sectors, as well as agriculture, food industry, etc,” Russian Minister of Trade and Industry Denis Manturov said.

Report informs that he spoke the during the "Business Mission of the Russian industrial enterprises in Azerbaijan” held in Baku.

“We strongly appreciate the warm friendly relations that have developed over the years of cooperation. We keep on expanding trade between our countries. Today, we  seek to diversify the range of products with new types of products,” said Manturov.

The minister stressed that the initiatives of about 60 Russian companies that are actively increasing their export potential may be of interest to Azerbaijani companies. “I hope that the format of direct interaction will be as effective as possible for concluding new contracts within joint ventures,” he said.
