PwC Azerbaijan supports RecExpo 2017 exhibition and conference

Baku. 30 November. REPORT.AZ/ PwC Azerbaijan supported the Azerbaijan International Real Estate and Investment Exhibition and Conference organized at Baku Expo Center on November 28-30. The firm hosted its guests at a special pavilion visited by many international and local guests.

On November 29, Movlan Pashayev, Country Managing Partner of PwC Azerbaijan, was a speaker in a discussion where he talked about the transformation process of state owned enterprises.

Specifically, he mentioned: “The recent crisis had a positive effect on Azerbaijan. It triggered the state enterprises and private sector to reconsider their strategies, business and operating models. The key to successful privatization of state enterprises will be in implementing transparent financial reporting, corporate governance and optimal costs structure".
