Property Committee puts for sale 18 joint-stock companies

Baku. 4 December. REPORT.AZ/ The State Committee on Property Issues (SCPI) will hold the next auction on state property privatization on January 9.

Report informs citing the Committee, totally 134 state-owned properties, including 60 small state enterprises and facilities, 56 non-residential premises and 18 joint stock companies were put up for auction.

Most of the auctioned small state enterprises and facilities will be privatized with their land plots. The properties auctioned together with plot of land are located in Sabunchu and Garadagh districts of Baku, Sumgayit city, as well as in Tovuz, Khizi, Jalilabad, Imishli, Gakh, Oghuz, Goychay, Lerik and Astara districts.

At the auction, 30-45% of controlling stakes of 18 joint stock companies was auctioned for privatization.
