Positive balance of Azerbaijan foreign trade turnover increased more than twice

Baku. 12 July. REPORT.AZ/ In January-May of this year, Azerbaijan had trade operation in the amount of $ 13, 323 billion with foreign countries.

Report informs referring to the State Customs Committee, it is 53.5% more than in the same period of last year.

$ 8,662 billion of 6-month trade turnover falls to the share of export, while $ 4, 660 billion to the import. Over the past year, export has increased by 64. 4% , while import by 36.7%.

Thus, $ 4, 002 billion positive balance has occurred in foreign trade, which is 2. 2 times more than previous year.
