Number of active taxpayers in Azerbaijan comes close to 760,000

As of December 1 of this year, the number of active taxpayers in Azerbaijan stood at 759,100, up 6.6% compared to the beginning of the year.

Report informs, citing the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy, that 45,200 (+13.3%) of them are value-added tax (VAT) payers.

During the reporting period, the number of active objects (business subjects) increased by 8.1% and reached 204,600.
