In the last year, the value of trade between Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia has increased by more than 60%, and there is potential to expand it further, Co-chairman of the Joint Commission on Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia, Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov said at the Azerbaijan-Saudi Arabia business forum in Baku.
"This year, an agreement was signed with Saudi Arabia's Acwa Power company on the construction of a 240 MW wind energy park in Azerbaijan. Such contracts can be inked in other fields.
