Jean-François Mancel: Baku turns into shopping center

Baku. 5 May. REPORT.AZ/ Member of the French National Assembly, President of the Friends of Azerbaijan in France Association, Jean-François Mancel considers the Baku Shopping Festival a "big advantage" for Azerbaijan.

Report informs, Jean-François Mancel told the festival's website.

Mancel described Baku as "an attractive city, creating unique relation of ancient traditions with future opportunities". 

He said that the Festival turned Baku also into a shopping center: "Baku successfully stands the first festival test".
