Baku. 16 March. REPORT.AZ/ "Parent company of financial and industrial group Gilan Holding" has announced the reorganization.
Report informs referring to the Ministry of Taxes, the company transformed into the OJSC 'Gilan Holding'.
Notably, Gilan Holding OJSC is a successor of "Parent company of financial and industrial group Gilan Holding".
