Expert: Other countries can only gain from US-China trade war

Baku. 19 September. REPORT.AZ/ By waging war, US and China leave their markets to other states which can only gain from it, Russian expert and political scientist, General Director of the Institute of Political Studies of Russia, Sergey Markov told Report.

"China imposes a duty on American pork or soy, respectively, the same Russian manufacturer of these products, which already covers the Russian market in full, can export its goods to the Chinese market," the expert said.

According to Markov, if the US replaces Chinese companies with European ones, European manufacturers will free some part of the market, which is beneficial for all CIS countries.
