Since 2019, the number of labor contracts signed between employees and employers has increased by 362,900. Notably, the nonoil private sector has experienced a remarkable growth of 330,000 contracts, Mikayil Jabbarov, the Minister of Economy, wrote on Twitter, Report informs.
“This surge can be attributed to the successful implementation of reforms aimed at formalizing the labor market and bringing transparency to employment practices,” the minister tweeted.
