EBRD sells its stake in Holcim Azerbaijan - EXCLUSIVE

Baku. 1 October. REPORT.AZ/ The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has sold its 10% stake in Holcim Azerbaijan, the largest cement producer, to Lafarge Holcim which increased its stake from 66% to 76%.

Report informs that shareholders in Holcim Azerbaijan are Swiss Holcim Auslandbeteiligungs GmbH (10%) and individuals (14%).

Holcim Azerbaijan was established in 2000. Its authorized capital is AZN 31,812,880.
