Customs Committee announces cost of Khanoba post construction

The State Customs Committee has summed up the open tender announced by the Northern Territorial Main Customs Office for the complex construction (first stage) of the Khanoba customs post in the village of Khanoba, Khachmaz region.

According to the single state procurement portal, the winner of the tender is As Inshaat LLC.

The company will be paid 8 million manats for the construction and installation work.

In April this year, the President of Azerbaijan signed an order "On measures for construction work at the Khanoba customs post."

According to the order, 4 million manats were initially allocated to the State Customs Committee from the 2020 state budget to build the post.

Also, the draft state budget for 2021 will provide the necessary funds to complete this work in the distribution of state capital investment.

The existing customs checkpoint does not fully meet modern requirements. Therefore, it is planned to replace it with a new one.

The construction of the station will be carried out unilaterally by Azerbaijan.
