Cargo transportation by air up in Azerbaijan

In January-May of this year, 42,394 tons of cargo (+38.1%) worth $727,342,000 (+16.2%) were transported by air in Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.

In particular, 39,079 tons of goods (+41.6%) worth $129,068,000 (+27.3%) were exported by air transport within 5 months, 4,315 tons of goods (+7.8%) worth $598,273,000 (+13.8%) were imported.
