Baku to host financial forum in February

Baku. 17 January. REPORT.AZ/ Baku will host financial forum on February 28, 2018.

Report informs, Mustafa Abbasbeyli, Caspian European Club CEO told reporters.

According to M. Abbasbeyli, government officials are expected to attend the forum: "The forum is expected to be attended by heads of financial institutions, including the Ministry of Finance, Financial Market Supervisory Authority, Ministry of Taxes, State Oil Fund and others".

The Caspian European Club official also said they intend to meet with the new Minister of Taxes: "Of course, a meeting is planned to be held with the Ministry of Taxes. The new minister is open to proposals and is eager to make reforms, which makes us happy and gives additional stimulus".

Abbasbeyli also told about direction of the proposals: "There are issues in two directions: first, some proposals on legislation, and the other is related to the application of existing legislation".
