Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan discuss customs cooperation

A meeting was held today at the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan with Maksat Khudaykuliyev, Chairman of the Customs Service of Turkmenistan.

Report informs, citing the committee, that the meeting expressed satisfaction with relations between the customs services of the two countries and emphasized the importance of further expanding cooperation.

The sides also exchanged information on best practices achieved by the customs services of both countries and discussed strengthening cooperation in information technology, customs statistics, risk management, the organization of customs operations at seaports and other areas.
