Azerbaijan to adopt a new law on anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard measures

Baku. 6 February. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijan has prepared a new draft law "On anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard measures."

Report informs, discussion of the draft in the first reading of plenary session of the Milli Mejlis (Azerbaijani Parliament), which will be held on February 12.

This law is aimed at protecting the interests of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijani producers, includes measures to prevent the damage or its threat, which applied by dumping or subsidized import to domestic producer and regulates antidumping implementation of compensatory measures and special duties.
