Azerbaijan starts importing boarding stairs from Singapore

In the first quarter of 2024, Azerbaijan imported seven passenger boarding stairs for $225,000, Report informs, citing the country's State Statistical Committee.
According to the committee, this is 225 times more year-on-year (YoY) in value terms and seven times higher YoY in quantitative terms.
During the reporting period, Azerbaijan purchased three units of boarding stairs worth $131,400 from Singapore, three units worth $83,550 from the Netherlands (no supply a year ago), and one unit worth $10,100 from China (no supply a year ago).
Azerbaijan imported boarding stairs from Singapore for the first time in 13 years (official statistics on foreign trade is in open access since 2011).
