Baku. 22 June. REPORT.AZ/ In January-May of this year, Azerbaijan exported tobacco and tobacco products in the amount of 130 181.87 thousand USD.

Report informs referring to the State Customs Committee, this sum is 19 099.46 thousand USD or 12.79% less in comparison with an in 2014 year. As a result, the export of tobacco and tobacco products amounted to 3.20% of the total exports for 5 months of 2015.

During the reporting period, Azerbaijan imported tobacco and manufactured tobacco substitutes in the amount of 2 503,46 thousand USD, which less by 50.45% in comparison with the same period of last year. Imports of tobacco and manufactured tobacco substitutes made 0.06% of total imports in 2014.
