Azerbaijan's foreign trade turnover up by 15%

Baku. 13 April. REPORT.AZ/ In January-March 2017, Azerbaijan has traded with foreign countries in the cost of 4.119 bln USD.
Report informs citing the State Customs Committee, this is more by 15.3% compared to the same period last year.
During the reporting period, Azerbaijan's export value increased by 49.2% and amounted to 2.606 bln USD, import into the country decreased by 17.1% and made 1.513 bln USD.
As a result, 1.094 bln USD positive balance occurred in the foreign trade. Notably, 78 mln USD negative balance recorded in foreign trade in the analogical period 2016.
