Azerbaijan ranks 2nd among countries supplying mineral products to Georgia

In January-September 2024, Georgia imported mineral products worth $296 million from Azerbaijan, 9.5% less than the same period in 2023, Report informs, citing Georgia's National Statistics Office.
Thus, Azerbaijan ranks 2nd with a 19.1% share among countries supplying mineral products to Georgia.
In September alone, Georgia purchased mineral products worth $25 million from Azerbaijan, 7% less compared to a year ago.
In the nine months of this year, Georgia exported mineral products worth $1.55 billion, 3.7% less than a year ago. Georgia imported mineral products worth $574 million from Russia, $120 million from Bulgaria, $109 million from Romania, and $105 million from Türkiye.
