Azerbaijan increases wine import from Georgia by 35%

In 2021, Azerbaijan imported 246,635 bottles of wine from Georgia, up 35% from the previous year, Report’s local bureau informs, citing the National Wine Agency of Georgia.
In the reporting period, Georgia exported 107 million bottles of wine to 62 countries. Revenues from exports amounted to $250 million, 16% more year-on-year.
During the reporting period, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, China, and Belarus were the top five largest importers of Georgian wine.
