Azerbaijan increases imports of Georgian wine by 21%

From January through August this year, Georgia exported 158,411 bottles of wine to Azerbaijan.
Report informs, citing National Wine Agency of Georgia, that Azerbaijan has increased the import of Georgian wine by 21% year on year.
In the first eight months, Georgia transported 65 million bottles of wine (+19%) to 59 countries. Revenues from exports amounted to $145 million, 13% more than in the same period 2020.
During the reporting period, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, China, and Kazakhstan were the top five largest importers of Georgian wine.
