Azerbaijan increases corn imports in volume and value

Azerbaijan imported 57,600 tons of corn worth $18.2 million during the first five months of 2024, Report informs, citing the country’s State Customs Committee.
Compared to the corresponding period of 2023, the imports grew by 10,800 tons or 23 percent in volume and rose by $2.7 million or 17.2 percent in value.
Over the course of five months, corn imports accounted for 0.25% of Azerbaijan's total imports.
