Azerbaijan increases car import 2.1-fold

In January-May 2019 Azerbaijan imported 15,585 cars, up 2.1-fold from the previous year, Report informs citing the State Customs Committee (SCC).

According to the SCC, number of cars with a seating capacity of 10 and more seats increased by 89.2% to 70, passenger cars intended for passenger transportation and other motor vehicles – by 2.2-fold to 14,170, trucks surged by 71.5% to 1,274, and special purpose vehicles – by 42% to 71.
