Azerbaijan collects over $1.17M from customs posts on Gorus-Gafan road

“To date, the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan has collected about 2 million manats ($1.17 million) from the customs posts stationed on the Gorus-Gafan highway,” the committee’s Chairman Safar Mehdiyev said, Report informs.
“That road is in the territory of Azerbaijan. Those who pass through the customs posts on the Gorus-Gafan road pay the same taxes and duties as foreigners entering Azerbaijan from other customs posts,” he noted.
