Mikayil Jabbarov: Azerbaijan and Russia eye creating joint ventures

Azerbaijan and Russia may create joint ventures and implement joint projects, Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said at an Azerbaijani-Russian business meeting in Baku, Report informs.
According to Jabbarov, the issue was discussed at today's meeting with Russian ministers and business people. The minister added that one of the main topics of the talks was the possibility of operating in the liberated territories.
