Azerbaijan and Montenegro discussed implementation of investment projects

Baku. 28 November. REPORT.AZ/ "Successful implementation of investment projects in Azerbaijan has formed a solid foundation for strengthening cooperation between Azerbaijan and Montenegro, which further will increase the amount of investment".

Report informs, this was said by the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milo Djukanovic at the meeting with Azerbaijani Ambassador to Serbia and Montenegro Eldar Hasanov.

Future plans for cooperation between the two countries, as well as the results of the recent visit Milo Djukanovic in Baku were discussed at the meeting.

The Ambassador of Azerbaijan confirmed the interest of the country in the implementation of infrastructure projects that are designed to improve the quality of traffic in the coastal regions of Montenegro as well as supporting the development of prestigious resorts in Tivat and Herceg Novi.

The parties also discussed the initiative to create a regional center of SOCAR in Montenegro to strengthen relations between the two countries in the energy sector.
