'Akkord' OJSC establishes a new company

Baku. 7 December. REPORT.AZ/ 'Akkord Industry Construction Investment Corporation' OJSC has announced its reorganization.
Report informs citing the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan.
According to information, 'Building Construction Group' LLC was formed based on one of the structures, separated from the company.
Notably, 'Akkord Industry Construction Investment Corporation' OJSC has been acting since 2006. Its authorized capital is 74.113 million AZN. Shares of the company belongs to 51% VIP Estate LLC, 49% Darya Musallim Valiyev.
